The teachers and staff were not sure what to expect by this mandatory staff team building event. The stressors of working in education were taking it's toll on the staff. This event very rapidly transitioned the staff from defensive posturing to a joyful, relaxed, engaging group of educators! They were able to put their stressors aside and treat themselves to the benefits of laughter. It was contagious. They were left with a warm sense of hope and congeniality. The principal remarked, "I have not seen the staff interact with this much enthusiasm the entire school year!"
