New information about laughter and abdominal muscle work out...

This is GREAT NEWS!  You can still exercise your abdominal muscles by laughing rather than the more traditional exercises of abdominal crunches and backlifting!

Laughter Fest 2015

Look at this happy group filled with a weekend of Laughter in their hearts, minds, and bodies!









At Laughter fest we had lectures about various ways to share laughter with others.  We even heard about how to implement a college class on Laughter Yoga!  One talk was about techniques for sharing laughter yoga with the elderly population.  This even included a field trip to a nursing home!
