Laughter circle as we gathered on Friday night.

I was intrigued with my first experience with ART THERAPY!

Jeff Abbas is a diversified organic farmer and environmental activist. He and his wife, Mary, raise a variety of heirloom and heritage vegetables for their agri-business, Kitchen Table CSA.  Jeff gave us an amazing edible plant tour.

New information about laughter and abdominal muscle work out...

This is GREAT NEWS!  You can still exercise your abdominal muscles by laughing rather than the more traditional exercises of abdominal crunches and backlifting!

Laughter Fest 2015

Look at this happy group filled with a weekend of Laughter in their hearts, minds, and bodies!

At Laughter fest we had lectures about various ways to share laughter with others.  We even heard about how to implement a college class on Laughter Yoga!  One talk was about techniques for sharing laughter yoga with the elderly population.  This even included a field trip to a nursing home!

It was a hiliarious weekend at Laughfest 2014!

The beautiful location was perfect for various laughter sessions, gibberish, yoga, creative arts, and a walk in the woods!  It is amazing how quickly the group connected through laughter!  Thanks to all who attended and shared their laughs.  We all felt refreshed and renewed though the annual laughter retreat.
